Our loving and caring mother, Helen “Lulu” Rosado, 62 years old, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020. Helen was born January 30, 1958 in Lapeer, MI to the late Jacinto and Concepcion Guerrero. She grew up in Saginaw and was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 1976. She married Ignacio Rosado on September 7, 1979 in Imlay City, MI.
Helen was employed by Vlasic Foods in Imlay City for many years. She loved to spend time with all her family, especially her grandchildren. Helen enjoyed traveling all over to see family, with a casino stop here and there. Her beautiful smile and laughter will be missed by so many as she was kind and loving to all.
She is survived by her husband, Ignacio Rosado; and her two children, Yolanda Rosado of Imlay City, and Ignacio (Christina) Rosado, Jr. of Illinois. She was a loving grandmother to three grandchildren, Alicia, Salina, and Noah. She is also survived by her sisters, Mary Ann (Paul) Schlaud and their children, Nathan (Megan), Nicole (A.J.), and Andrew (Kayla); Christina (Alfredo) Lopez and their children, Tina and David; and her brother, Art (Sandy) Guerrero and their children, Aaron (Jessica), Cassie and Justin.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Jacinto and Concepcion Guerrero; and her nephew, Steven Lown.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial is being planned for a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City.
