My wish for Christmas is that masks go away completely, from all the general public. Let the medical workers have them back.

Similar to the song, “Where have all the flowers gone?” a new set of words breaks my heart now with all this mask wearing: “where have all the smiles gone?” How many have proved they don’t work and are a barrier to freedom, especially in breathing. People get the virus with it on or with it off. The fear on masks and the division it is causing between people need to stop. Ten months is enough—they need to go away.

As a so named “essential worker,” I also wish the shut downs would cease. People need to work and go to their favorite restaurants. Life needs to go on.

We know what this virus is now and before we did not. Treatments and recoveries are happening. Corona is being conquered…fear not!

President Trump did say to open our towns and cities just a few weeks ago, I must add “yes.”

Where have all the smiles gone? I wish them to come back on everyone for Christmas.
