TRI-CITY AREA — A pair of 2020 Tri-City Area graduates tested their endurance skills at the Jayhawk Invitational recently.

The meet unfolded Saturday, October 11 at University Golf Course in Muskegon.

Dryden’s Teagan Norman, who was running unattached, supplied the quickest time. It took her 21:57.61 to cover the territory, paving the way to a 49th.

St. Clair County Community College’s Lilly Rodriguez, a Capac graduate, registered a 72nd-place showing. Rodriguez stopped the watch at 24:21.41 en route.

Calvin College topped the team standings at meet’s end, posting an output of 17 points. They were followed by Siena Heights (55 points), Grand Rapids Community College (99), St. Clair County Community College (135), Adrian (159), Jackson Community College (173), Kellogg Community College (188), Muskegon Community College (194), Maranatha Community College (212) and Oakland Community College (281).
