The Government Division of United Way of St. Clair County’s (UWSCC) Campaign Team has selected a fundraiser to honor the men and women on the frontlines. St. Clair County’s first responders have always gone beyond the call of duty for the citizens in our community. With the COVID-19 pandemic increasing their daily risk, it seemed fitting to pay them a special tribute.
The Government Division is selling t-shirts to honor, respect and support our first responders—corrections, dispatch, medical, law enforcement, fire and military—while raising funds for UWSCC’s Community Campaign.
Thanks to our generous sponsors UHY, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, and the law firm of Fletcher, Fealko, Shoudy and Francis, PC, all proceeds for the t-shirt sale will be donated directly to UWSCC to assist community members in need. The t-shirts have the United Way logo on the front and the six color first responder flag on the back. The shirt is available to anyone wishing to support UWSCC and show his or her gratitude to our local first responders.
The cost is $20 for sizes S-XL and $25 for 2XL/3XL. The t-shirt sale is for a limited time only, so please order today. The shirts will be available before Christmas, so place an order for that special person in your life. All orders and funds are due no later than November 20 at noon. Checks can be made payable to: United Way of SCC.
To order, contact Lydia Kern at 810-989-6900 or email lkern@stclaircounty.org.
