I wanted to share another sweet story from way back when. My grandma made each and every member of the family nightgowns or pajamas. The nightgowns were made from flannel and went from under the chin right down to the floor.
I remember wrapping myself in mine. I loved it and all those that followed. The pjs for the boys, also made from pure soft flannel, were long sleeved and way past floor length because I remember hearing, “those boys are going to grow.”
A lot of love and work went into all that my grandma did and I will forever be grateful.
