TRI-CITY AREA — It’s customary for local municipalities establish Trick or Treat hours for October 31.

Here’s what’s planned:

• Almont:  6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

• Capac:  6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

• Dryden: 5:00 – 8:00  p.m.

• Imlay City: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
