Scott Happell, age 42, of Lapeer, MI died Friday, September 11, 2020 at his home. Scott David Happell was born October 21, 1977 in Pontiac, MI. He was the son of David and Bonnie (Bidinger) Happell. Scott grew up in Imlay City, MI. He was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1995. Scott attended the University of Michigan-Flint and Central Michigan University.
Scott was employed by Walmart department store in Lapeer as an electronics sales clerk. He worked for Walmart for about 12 years. Recently, for the last three years, Scott has been a stay at home dad. Scott enjoyed playing trivia games and watching Red Wings hockey. Scott was a “Great Dad.”
Scott is survived by his companion, Denise Willett of Lapeer, MI; his daughter, Stephanie Willett; his son, Nicklas Willett; his parents, David and Bonnie Happell; a sister, Andrea (Rod) Welsh of Birmingham, MI; and nephews, Roman and Maxwell.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral
Home of Imlay City. Cremation has taken place.
