ALMONT — Almont claimed a second-place finish Monday at a Blue Water Area Conference girls’ golf matchup.
Castle Creek Golf Club, in Lum, is where the action unfolded.
Armada edged Almont, 188-191, for team honors, They were followed by Yale (197), Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest (216), Richmond (241) and Imlay City (301).
Brandi Kautz led Almont. Kautz posted a medalist round of 38.
Almont also counted results courtesy of Jesse Hellebuyck (47), Jesse Kautz (49) and Maggie Henige (57).
Grace Schriber and Abigale Fox represented Imlay City that day. They managed nine-hole rounds of 56 and 65, respectively.
