Mitchell (Mitch) J. Terzich, Sr., 69, of Almont, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020 at home with his family by his side. He was born October 19, 1950 in McKeesport, PA, the son of John and Nellie (Burt) Terzich. Mitch worked as an electrician in the manufacturing industry.
He enjoyed playing euchre and watching sports with his family. Mitch was an avid music lover and a Michigan State Spartans fan, he also enjoyed Sunday dinners and barbecues with his family as well as a good joke. He shared a passion for muscle cars and going to the drag strip with his son.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary “Becky” Romero-Terzich; his children, Tuesday (Dennis) Harrow of Almont, Michelle (John) Sewell of Romeo and Mitchell James Terzich (fiancé Heidi Sikula) of Almont; and grandchildren, Dennis, Rebecca, Jason, Justin, Mallory and Jeremiah. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.
Cremation was entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Almont.
A Celebration of Life is being planned on July 11 in Romeo, MI.
