DRYDEN — Dryden standout Teagan Norman signed a letter of intent to run on the Lansing Community College cross country and track teams recently.
This past fall she got their attention when she provided a 21:28 time en route to a 15th during a
Division 4 regional contested at Wagener Park.
Norman also supplied a 14th at the Linden
Classic; generated a 20th at the Holly/Duane Raffin Festival of Races; claimed a 29th at the Caro-based Thumb Area Cross Country Championship; obtained a 32nd at the Mustang Invitational in Northville; and wound up 43rd at the Running Fit Detroit Mercy Titans Invitational.
She concluded the season as a Tri-City Times All-Area first team selection.
Norman also excelled the previous spring as a member of Dryden’s track team.
It was there Norman was named to the Tri-City Times All-Area second team lineup individually as a 3200-meter runner.
She also joined forces with Paige Abromaitis, Kylie DeVlaminck and Ella Kage to earn Tri-City Times All-Area second team accolades in the 3200 relay.
