Mary Jane Martin, 69, of Capac, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, March 21, 2020, at home.
She was born January 18, 1951, in Almont, the daughter of the late Alfred and Martha Schwartzkopf Rhody.
She was married to Donald Martin.
Mary lived 33 years in the Capac area. She worked 13 years at Walmart kindly helping people in the fabrics and crafts department before she left due to health. She was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church, Capac and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Imlay City.
Surviving are her daughter, Lisa (Jeff) McGehee of Grand Blanc; two sons and a daughter-in-law, James Martin of Capac and Donald (Tamara) Martin of Grand Blanc; three grandchildren, Kaja, Alexandra, and Karl; two sisters, Nancy Brieger of Florida and Pam Pfeifauf of Allenton; as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Judy Curtis.
Services were held Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Capac.
