ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING
To the Residence and Property Owners of Berlin Township:
The Berlin Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on February 27,2020 at 7:30PM. The hearing will be held at 740 Capac Road, Allenton,Ml 48002.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the following request:
Petitioner: Nanni C. ET AL,14417 Hough Road.,Allenton,Ml 48002. Petitioner is requesting Parcels 74-09-009-4001-080 and 74-09-009-4001-090 (Hunt/Capac Roads) to be combined to allow for a pond on four point eight nine (4.89) acres. Zoning Ordinance Section 1221states that all. ponds shall be located on sites containing at least five (5) acres of land.
Copies of the application and the Township Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall during regular business hours Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm and 1pm-Spm. The Zoning Ordinance is available online at www.berlintwpstclair.org. The Township will receive written comments regarding the variance up to the beginning of the meeting.
