James (Jim) Mulder of Johnson City, TN, formerly from Imlay City, passed away on January 9, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones.

Jim was born July 2, 1940 in Imlay City, Michigan, son of Pete and Catherine (Van Doeselaar). Jim grew up working on his family’s vegetable farm, and driving the farm truck to the Detroit Eastern Market. He had various jobs driving truck in Michigan and Tennessee. Jim had a talent of building and repairing anything that was placed before him.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria (Hall) Mulder; five daughters, Tammy Peters of Johnson City, TN, Kelly Ewalt (Clayton) of Kingston, MI, Cindy Mulder of Livingston, MT, Kelly Brown (Bobby) of Johnson City, TN and Samantha Bennett (Scott) of Johnson City, TN; brothers, John (Sharon) Mulder of Imlay City, MI, Pete Mulder of Imlay City, MI; sisters, Marlene Mulder of Imlay City, MI and Levina Kay Hite (Greg) of Owosso, MI.
James is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Mulder Sr.; his mother, Catherine (Van Doeselaar) Mulder; brother, David Mulder, son-in-law, Tony Peters; and sister-in-law, Kathy Mulder.
