In response to Carolyn Medland’s “Aid is being withheld from Ukraine” letter in the Nov. 27 edition of the Tri-City Times, please recheck the facts. You say Ukraine needs the weapons and monetary aid. Then why didn’t President Obama send weapons and try to help them defend themselves against Russia? It’s a president’s job to check about corruption if we’re sending them money. Why even mention the refusal to give up documents, when Hillary Clinton’s emails were subpoenaed and she deleted them?
