Robert E. Roehl, age 63, of College Station, TX, (formerly of Imlay City, MI) died suddenly Friday, October 11, 2019 near his home in College Station, TX. Robert Erwin Roehl was born August 25, 1956 in Almont, MI. He was the son of Erwin and the late Joyce (Jager) Roehl.
Bob was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1974. He was employed as a Motion Engineer working with and designing conveyor devices for packaging beverages.
Robert loved to ride his motorcycle and he studied to become a certified Harley Davidson Motorcycle Mechanic.
He is survived by his father, Erwin “Red” Roehl; sisters, Debbie (Gary) Friday of Spring Hill, FL, Diane Roehl of Cape Corral, FL, Tonya (Ed) Perreault of Oxford, MI and Sherry Roehl of Imlay City, MI; and brothers, Robin (Lucy) Williamson of Imlay City, MI and Gary (Pam) Roehl of Waynesboro, VA. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Jager Roehl and by his stepmother, Roberta “Bobbie” Roehl.
The Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, October 21, 2019 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI, 48444. Interment will be at Imlay Township Cemetery.
The family will be available for visitation 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday, October 21 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
