Rhonda Lee Spano, age 63, of Almont, MI passed away with family by her side Friday, October 11, 2019 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy, MI.
She was born June 27, 1956 in Almont, MI, daughter of the late Grant and Agnes (Flannigan) Waterman. Rhonda married David Spano June 12, 1978 in Imlay City, MI and they were married 41 years. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed going on walks, reading, baking, shopping and traveling.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, David A. Spano; children, David M., Angela M. and Nicholas J. Spano; grandson, Chad Spano; brothers, Terry (Janine) and James (Rebecca) Waterman; sisters, Rebecca (Dale) Greenman and Linda Smith; mother-in-law, Angie Spano; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Larry, Mickey, Dickey and Grant Waterman; sister, Wendy Wells; and father-in-law, Leonard Spano.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Hope Lutheran Church 2510 Juhl Road, Marlette, MI with Pastor Mike Hollenbeck officiating.
Burial will take place following the service at Juhl Cemetery, Marlette, MI.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of David A. Spano.
