I was truly impressed with Catherine Minolli’s column on Doug Hunter. Having known Doug for many years, I agree wholeheartedly with everything that was written. Catherine covered Doug’s life of concern and compassion for his fellow man in entirety.
His generosity for helping people in many ways is a gift, and he uses his gift wisely. And, of course, throw in his humor, which cannot be matched. Believe me on that one, I’ve been to his fundraising birthday parties, which we, the Capac Community Food Pantry, have benefited from more than once.
Catherine, you were right on with your column on Doug Hunter. It is a well deserved one at that.
