Nancy Stoddard, age 58, of Capac, MI died Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at McLaren Port Huron Hospital surrounded by her loving family when she went home to be with the Lord. Nancy Lynn Wojcik was born June 29, 1960 in Detroit, MI. She was the daughter of Ronald and the late Geraldine (Grimshaw) Wojcik. Nancy grew up in Imlay City. She was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1978. She married Russell Leroy Stoddard on May 1, 1988. They have lived in Capac since 1995. She was employed as a production worker for Keihin Michigan Manufacturing in Capac, MI for six years. Nancy enjoyed spending time with family, cuddling with her granddaughter, celebrating sister birthdays with lunch, pool time, camping, winning at
poker, and making others laugh.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Stoddard; two daughters, Chelsea (Jon) LaRoche of Imlay City, MI and Shelby Stoddard of Capac, MI; her granddaughter, Aubrey LaRoche; her father, Ronald Wojcik of Glendale, AZ; four sisters, Patty (Daniel) Morowski of Marlette, MI, Andrea (Tim) Wilcox of Rockford, AL, Beth (Jeff Roszczewski) Wojcik of Imlay City, MI and Peggy (Greg) Roszczewski of Asheville, NC; two brothers, Ronald (Sue) Wojcik of Royal Oak, MI and Mike (Donalle) Wojcik of Almont, MI; and her brother-in-law, Allan Ferrett of Dryden, MI.
Nancy was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Wojcik; and her sister, Lori Ann Ferrett.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life June 29, 2019.
Funeral arrangements were made by Muir Brothers Funeral Home, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI.
