DRYDEN — Dryden rolled to a convincing 9-1 win against visiting Landmark Academy in a non-league girls’ soccer meeting last Friday.
Alexis Schurke (four) plus Jordan Peters, Josie Carpenter, Ally Sobek, Jenna Peters and Maria Ryan (one each) collected Dryden’s goals.
Natalie Embree and Sobek (two each) plus Jordan Peters, Jenna Peters Carpenter, Ryan and Schurke (one apiece) wound up with Dryden’s assists.
Carpenter and Joanna Livingston shared the goalkeeping responsibilities for Dryden. The former did not face a shot during the opening half of action and the latter managed one save while playing the remainder of the contest.
