Holly Clendenan, age 57, of Attica, MI died Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Ascension Providence Rochester of Rochester Hills, MI. Holly Elizabeth Toombs was born February 11, 1962 in Dearborn, MI. She was the daughter of the late Glenn and the late Juanita (Courts) Toombs. Holly was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1980. She received her associate’s degree from Mott College and became a certified massage therapist through Baker College. She married Clifton James Clendenan on March 14, 2015 in Metamora, MI.

She was employed as the office manager at Clendenan Chiropractic for 32 years.

Holly loved to spend time with family and friends. She loved to dote on her grandchildren. Holly enjoyed sports, especially football, and liked to boss her boss around!

She is survived by her husband, Clif Clendenan; one daughter, Shayleen (Keil) Jorgensen of Attica, MI; one son, Justin (Tara) Herbert of Imlay City, MI; stepson, Joshua (Bethany) Clendenan of North Branch, MI; two stepdaughters, Tricia (Joe Galazka) LaValley of Washington Twp., MI and Allison (Seby) Kottackal of Chicago, IL; her sister, Cathy (Mark) Madeline of Attica, MI; her brother, Glenn Toombs of Attica, MI; and twelve grandchildren, Riley Herbert, Deegan Herbert, Ryker Martin Jorgensen, Zadyn Glenn Jorgensen, Beaudry Jorgensen, Trey LaValley, Landon LaValley, Brendan Galazka, Dylan Galazka, Logan Marta, Lance Marta and Abigail Gerstenberger.

Holly was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Juanita Toombs; and her grandson, Bex Brand Jorgensen.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Imlay City Christian Reformed Church, 395 Cedar St., Imlay City, MI. Reverend Jim Sheldrake will officiate. A Celebration of Life will follow at Castle Creek Golf Club, 5191 Lum Rd., Attica, MI, from 3-8 p.m.

Friends may gather at the church after 12:00 p.m. for the funeral service, Wednesday, April 3 at Imlay City Christian Reformed Church.
