Annette Butler, age 56, of Imlay City, MI, died Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at McLaren Flint Region Medical Center. Annette Lynn Alred was born March 5, 1962 in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Robert Alred and Martha Dyer. She grew up and graduated high school in Kingston, TN. Annette moved to the Mt. Clemens, MI area in the early 1980s. She married Thomas Roy Butler on December 15, 1991 in Mt. Clemens, MI. Annette and Tom moved to Imlay City in 1993.

She was a driver and delivery person for Lapeer County Meal on Wheels and also worked for Vlasic Foods in Imlay City seasonally.

Annette loved to take care of the men in her life, Tom and Jeremy, and she enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Butler of Imlay City, MI; her son, Jeremy Butler of Imlay City, MI; her father, Robert Alred of Kingston, TN; mother, Martha Dyer of Rockwood, TN; one sister, Jennifer Manchell of Kingston, TN; and her brother, Bobby Alred of Kingston, TN.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI.
